With more than 200 public radio stations and NPR itself now using the Grove content management system for their websites, public media’s digital infrastructure overhaul is moving forward.

The texting service reaches busy parents and caregivers with child-care information and resources.

One of Nancy Barnes’ top goals is to “expand the investigative-reporting firepower of NPR,” she told station newsroom leaders.
The SAG-AFTRA bargaining unit will include more than 90 employees.
You have to get out of your comfort zone to get people to talk.
“Imagine if someone offered you a photo album that was filled with pictures of you and your family from the last 20 years, and you had never seen any of the pictures before.”
Regardless of the role you play in a public media organization, “always remember that it is all about serving the needs of the people in your community,” says the retired CEO of San Francisco’s KQED.
WTTW’s Dan Soles and WILL’s David Thiel will leave their posts June 28.
