The licensee’s board will present a detailed plan in December to be approved by April. The plan may include cuts to NPR and PBS programming, as well as FNX.
“I’m ready to take a little break from the Here and Now, if you will, and prepare for my next challenge,” he said.
Nagan led several new initiatives, including the launch of “POV” shorts.
A CPB grant will help the three stations develop a business and sustainability plan.
