KCSM-TV and joint licensee KRCB are joining under the new umbrella organization.
As the crisis spread across Sonoma County, KRCB’s small team tested new ways to report for TV, radio and social media.
A spokesperson for KCSM’s licensee called the complaint “frivolous.”
The $12 million sales figure “is substantially above all previous offers to purchase the station,” KCSM’s licensee said.
“This film series just tries to give people a window into what their life is like and how this important law has changed their lives and contributed more to our society.”
