Democratic Sens. Jamie Scott of North Little Rock and Clarke Tucker of Little Rock expressed concerns that Arkansas PBS would lose both federal and private funding if its governance were no longer independent of the executive branch.
Both the flagship program and “Spooked” are produced by Snap Judgment Studios, based in Oakland.

The multi-episode series, slated to launch in 2024, is designed to air in the run-up to public TV’s pledge season.
Goldberg will maintain his position as editor-in-chief of the magazine while hosting the Friday-evening public affairs program.
“What sticks with people in the end is a story about another human being and what they’ve gone through,” says Joanna Kakissis.
“We decided to just put ads aside for a little bit and rely on this public radio model,” says co-host Andrew Walsh.
