Survey finds favorable view of PBS among LGBT consumers

An annual survey by  market research firm YouGov finds that PBS is a “Top Ten” positively perceived brand among LGBT consumers.

The BrandIndex Buzz Rankings compiled by the U.K.-based firm asked U.S. respondents to rank more than 1,500 brands positively or negatively. Results are then filtered for respondents who identified themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.

Among brands ranked higher by LGBT respondents than all respondents, PBS came in second, up from ninth in the previous year, trailing Amazon and ahead of Netflix.
