Larry Strickling, head of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, told the House communications subcommittee today that the NTIA and Rural Utilities Service, overseeing distribution of $7.2 billion in broadband stimulus funds, may only offer only two rounds of applications, according to Broadcasting & Cable.
