Anna Brugmann

Anna Brugmann

Former Editorial Intern

Anna Brugmann is a graduate student at American University studying journalism and public affairs. Anna graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's in multimedia journalism in 2016. Since then, she's worked for local, regional and national print publications, most recently completing a student assistantship with the Washington Post and an internship with Washington Monthly. In addition to journalism, Anna served in the Peace Corps from 2018-2020, teaching English and media literacy in a rural Albanian school.
