    Grant program for tribal radio stations will start in October, Sen. Rounds says

    The program will be administered through the Bureau of Indian Affairs’ Office of Indigenous Connectivity and Technology, according to Sen. Rounds’ staff.

    SD Public Broadcasting considering cuts, layoffs after Congress rescinds federal funding
