    Spokane Public Radio has named John M. Decker, a veteran of San Diego’s KPBS, as its new GM and president.  Decker The station announced Wednesday that Decker will start Jan. 15, succeeding interim President and GM Michael Grabicki.  Grabicki was named to the interim role in February after Cary Boyce resigned from the top job.
