ARTICLE ONE IDENTITY AND PURPOSE
SECTION 1. NAME SECTION 1. NAME

The name of this corporation is the PACIFICA FOUNDATION, and it shall be referred to in these Bylaws as the “Foundation”. SECTION 2.
